As a teenager, I discovered two cooking shows on PBS, and I would watch them every day after coming home from school. That is my earliest memory of falling in love with all things associated with the culinary arts. My early love for food definitely planted roots as I pursued a career in the hospitality industry - first in public relations working for restaurants and chefs, and then going on to work in marketing and integrated communications for a hospitality design firm.

Over the years, curiosity around baking became a keen focus. I found that I, surprisingly, loved the science of it. When something didn’t turn out, I was eager to think about what went wrong and how I could alter my ingredients or technique to have a better outcome the next time. It’s been nearly 20 years of experimenting in my home kitchen, and now I’m ready to create bakes for others.

In a place like New York City, it’s hard to have a true differentiator. There are so many talented bakers and bakeries. My secret sauce is…working with me! No one has my brain or my creativity, making what I create one-of-one, especially for you. My favorite parts of the process are the bookends: collaborating with customers on flavor combinations and creative inspiration and watching as the ideas are brought to life in the decoration stage.

I hope to be able to bake for you!
